When did you join Talent 100?

I started in Year 9 actually, I did an English course!

Which subjects are you currently taking at Talent and how do you feel about the course?

Chemistry.

I’m finding the course really rewarding, and I feel like I’m gaining a lot of confidence in HSC Chemistry. It has definitely beed reflected in my work in class, and especially in my exam marks recently.

What’s your favourite part of the HSC Chemistry course at Talent?

My favourite part is my Mentor, Helena.

It’s obvious that she really has a in-depth understanding of the syllabus (which is still quite new) and she teaches it in a really engaging and personal manner. I feel like everyone in the class has really benefitted from that.

Which Talent centre do you attend?

Chatswood

What’s your number one study tip students?

Probably consistency. I feel like that’s the most important thing; doing a little bit of work every single day is much better than doing big bursts of study.

What’s a piece of advice you would give to other students?

Definitely keep your extracurricular activities. It’s not worth dropping out of sports or leadership commitments. If you find that you need to drop those other commitments, I think you could definitely improve with your time management.

What are your career aspirations after high school?

I’m thinking of doing something in the field of Computer Science and Applied Maths.

What’s your hidden talent, or something we might not know about you?

I like rock climbing!

If you could describe Talent in one word, what would it be?

Positive
