Our program teaches theory, combined with supporting statistics (Budget, ABS indicators). Our focus is to enable students to formulate empirical arguments required to achieve top marks in Economics. The program has dedicated lessons to building essay writing techniques for potential essay questions, as well as international case studies and a federal budget breakdown, key requirements for students to achieve a Band 6 result.
Topics covered: The Global Economy, Australia’s Place in the Global Economy, Economic Issues and Government Policy & Management.
Term 4 focuses on Trial and HSC exam preparation with replica exams worked through as perfect preparation for the final papers.
